In March we had the opportunity to visit some friends from the states in Barcelona. The hour long plane ride from Lyon was a breeze, and it was so great to see some familiar faces. We stayed in a smaller city 30 minutes south of Barcelona called Castelldefels which is beautiful and right on the beach. We only had three days, but we got a very good feel for the city and were able to see some amazing places. I will have another post soon about Gaudi’s Sagrada Familia cathedral, but for now here are my photos of around town in Barcelona.
